Henceforth, we see the importance in providing an on-line, open access set of rules and regulations for how and when we collect your personal data (as defined under Law No.6698 and other applicable regulations) as well as how we process and utilize them. In this Privacy Policy, we explain to you how we secure and safeguard the privacy of the data provided by you. This Policy is an integral part of the PB-Games Terms of Use.
By using PB-Games software(s), mobile application(s), visiting PB-Games web site(s), namely http://pb-games.net or other platform(s) (together “platforms”), as applicable, and/or using any of its content, including games, products, services and other material provided through the PB-Games’ games including virtual in-game currencies such as coins, cash and/or diamonds, that can be purchased for real money and in turn used to purchase virtual in-game items (together “content”), and by accepting the Explicit Consent Statement, you will be deemed to accept this Privacy Policy and explicitly consent us under Law No. 6698 to proceed of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In the scope of this Policy, “proceed” or “process” means any operation which is performed upon your personal data such as collection, recording, storage, preservation, alteration, adaptation, disclosure, transfer, retrieval, making available for collection, categorization or blocking its use by wholly or partly automatic means or otherwise than by automatic means which form part of a filing system.
Please note that PB-Games Privacy Policy does not apply when you access other sites, applications, mediums or programs via the web links located on PB-Games platform, as we have no control over the activities of these other sites. Furthermore, this Privacy Policy may vary from time to time through the platforms. The platforms will always publish the latest version of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy respects all applicable laws on privacy and data protection.
By using any features of PB-Games through the platforms and by accepting the Explicit Consent Statement, you accept and agree that PB-Games proceeds personal data that is usable for personal identification. PB-Games collects only the information that is permitted by law (i) when you voluntarily share such information with us while using the platforms, and (ii) automatically in accordance with the purposes stated in the Policy, while you are using the services on the platforms. As per the Article 13.(1) of PDP Law, you can convey your request to PB-Games relating to the use of rights stated above in writing or by other means designated by the Personal Data Protection Committee. As the Personal Data Protection Committee did not define any certain method, you are required to submit your application to PB-Games in writing pursuant to the PDP Law. Within that framework, in order to use your rights stated above, you have to send your personal ID information and a letter of request indicating which of the rights stated in Article 11 of PDP Law you would like to use, to the following addresses by hand, through a notary public, e-mail or other methods specified in PDP Law:
